This option helps you in a very good way when you want your surveyor to submit any particular file against your question. The file can be in any format like Word, Excel, Pdf or Image. They will simply upload the file and submit it easily.

You can change the question accordingly by clicking on the question and Once you have done all things you can also test your survey by clicking on the Test survey as shown below image.
