Rating

This option helps you when you want your surveyor to give ratings for your products and services. By clicking on the question you can write your own question, and below your question, you can give the rating criteria according to you 0-5 or 1-10. You can add rating criteria by clicking + sign. Please have a look at the below-attached image for better reference.
